Considering news summary options

I’m thinking about how to write a news summary based on a given hook. It seems like I might not have network access, but there are options like drafting if the user provides a source link. I could also create a template or a generic summary. I wonder if I should ask for permission to fetch a specific interview and summarize or translate that content? I want to be careful to not pull any wrong information, though.Exploring summary options

I think it’s best to ask the user for their preferences. I can propose three options:

1. A quick bullet-point summary in Chinese if they provide a link; or I could try to find it myself.
2. A 500-800 word Chinese news article with quotes and proper attribution.
3. A full translation to Chinese.
   I'll also ask for the link or date, their preferred tone, and the platform they want it for. Should I offer title suggestions and a cover image as well?
